“In Tehran, Lukashenko will hold talks with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi. The development of interaction across the entire spectrum of bilateral relations with an emphasis on trading and economic cooperation will be in focus,” the leader’s press-service said.
Lukashenko and Raisi will hold talks in private and with other officials taking part.
“The two sides will discuss the implementation of projects in the fields of industry, agriculture, transport and logistics. Special attention will be paid to the situation in the region and in the world in general,” the press service said.
A number of documents are expected to be signed, TASS reported.
“One of the central events of the visit will be the signing of a comprehensive roadmap for all-round cooperation between Belarus and Iran,” the press service stressed.
During his official visit to Iran, Lukashenko will also hold meetings with First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
