Ebrahim Raeisi, who arrived in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province on Thursday as part of the second round of his government’s regular visits to provinces, told reporters upon his arrival in the Shahrekord city’s airport that the province’s people need to be praised for their loyalty and adhering to principles and values of the Islamic Revolution, paying tribute to 2,500 martyrs and 7,000 veterans as clear examples of the sacrifices that the people of the province have made to the revolution. 

“Thank God, with the efforts of the governor and the hardworking managers of the province, the approvals of the first round of the trip to the province have been carried out and today we are in the phase of inaugurating these plans and projects, including in the water supply sector.”

The President also said that with the optimal use of the natural potentials of the province, including fertile lands, pastures and mines,many of the problems of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari have been resolved. He added that, “With the plans implemented in the field of water supply in the past two years, half of the water supply problem of the province has been resolved and I must thank all who played a part.”

Raeisi expressed hope that the problem of being under-developed and also joblessness in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari will be resolved with the efforts of the government and the efforts of the provincial officials by using the potnetials of the province.
